PRODUCT AND PRICE
Cave Dweller is a creative reverb/delay effect. The Mac download contains
VST3 and Audio Units plugins and a standalone audition app. Check the
published tested compatibility and use the trial with your own Mac and DAW
before buying. A download containing an Intel binary does not by itself
confirm compatibility with every Intel Mac or macOS version.

The licence costs GBP 4.99 in one payment, including applicable sales tax.
There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Paddle is the authorised
reseller and merchant of record for checkout; its buyer terms govern your

These terms govern your use of the software supplied by Harry Cooper.

EVALUATION
You may evaluate all features free for 60 days without an account or an
internet connection. Please buy a licence to continue using Cave Dweller
after 60 days. Purchase reminders continue after that period; processing,
saving, export and project recall remain available.

YOUR LICENCE
After payment, one named user receives a non-exclusive licence to use the
purchased version indefinitely. You may install it on your own computers
and use it on one computer at a time. Registration works offline, with no
machine activation limit or periodic server check. Keep the signed key
private. Do not share the key, make it available to others, sublicense the
software or redistribute copies except as permitted by applicable law.
Contact support about a licence transfer; mandatory legal rights remain.
You may make backup copies for your own use.

You retain your rights in your recordings and may commercially release
audio processed with Cave Dweller without royalties to Mothership Sound
Lab. You are responsible for permissions for third-party audio you use.
The software and its bundled resources remain their owners' property;
separate third-party notices supplied with the software continue to apply.

DELIVERY AND REGISTRATION
The trial and purchased version use the same download. After confirmed
payment we automatically email your signed key and licence file to the
checkout email address. Open Licence / trial in the plugin, then paste
the key or import the file. Keep the email for reinstalling. If delivery
fails or the key does not arrive, contact support with your order reference.
Do not send card details or passwords. No delivery delay is intentionally
imposed; delivery depends on payment confirmation and email availability.

IMMEDIATE SUPPLY AND CANCELLATION
At checkout you must actively request immediate supply and acknowledge
that your 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right is lost when supply
begins. The checkbox is not preselected. Your licence email confirms that
request and includes this copy of the terms. If you do not wish to give
that consent, do not complete this immediate-delivery checkout; contact
support to discuss supply after the cancellation period.

Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content remains subject to
your statutory rights and the remedies required by applicable law.
Contact support or Paddle buyer support at https://www.paddle.net/ with
your order reference and the problem. We will help resolve it. Contact
us about duplicate purchases too. No additional unconditional refund
guarantee is offered. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be
limited or your right to bring a consumer complaint.

UPDATES AND SUPPORT
The purchased version does not expire and needs no renewal fee. We provide
support by email on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed response time.
This purchase does not promise every future paid major upgrade, new
features, indefinite hosting or support for every future OS or DAW.
Any update or remedy required by applicable consumer law remains due.
Keep a backup of the installer and key.

PRIVACY
Offline registration stores the licence holder name and order/licence
reference locally. The plugin does not upload your audio or projects or
send registration data to a server. Checkout and licence delivery process
your name, email and order details as described in the website privacy
notice. Marketing is separate from licence delivery and support.
